Student Advising and 支持 服务 (SASS) supports the Lindenwood University student community through academic engagement, problem resolution, and provision of resources. We are committed to a student-centered environment reinforcing retention and persistence to graduation by encouraging academic and individual development along with social responsibility.
SASS supports the mission statement of Lindenwood University by
- coordinating and communicating with all Lindenwood University campuses as a student liaison in support of student progression and problem solving;
- using established tools to identify and focus on learning styles, 学习目标, and the talents of all students, including those at risk; and,
- treating all Lindenwood University students, 教师, and staff with professional respect in support of diversity, student success, and educational opportunity.

As Coordinator for Student Success and Retention, Ms. Bryant interacts with students, 教师, and administrators to provide resources for academic and personal solutions to at-risk situations. She oversees the academic recovery program, supports LindenCircle and teaches the Academic Commitment to Excellence class. Ms. Bryant has worked in higher education for over thirty years as an administrator and teacher and is a two-time graduate of Lindenwood, receiving a BS in Mass Communications and an MSA in Administration and Management.

杰里米Keye
As Director of Student 支持 服务 Jeremy works with 教师 and administrators to provide extensive support programs/services, focusing on promoting academic success and engagement for academically at-risk students. Jeremy dedicates himself in motivating and inspiring students to be the best they can be no matter what background they come from. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Lindsey Wilson College, and Masters of Arts degree in Education with an emphasis in Higher Education from Lindenwood University. Prior to joining the Student Advising and 支持 服务 staff, he worked as an 入学s Representative and Diversity Recruiter for St. Louis College of Pharmacy. While at Lindenwood University, Jeremy has served as an adviser for Best Buddies student organization, Sophomore Year Experience Program, and is a member of the Diversity, 股本 & Inclusion Task Force.

Dr. 凯文·曼利
Kevin leads Lindenwood’s advising team. 在他的角色中, Kevin supports the university’s advisors and provides the training and resources they need to empower Lindenwood students to achieve excellence in education and in life. Since joining the university in 2017, Kevin has been involved with Lindenwood’s Q2 Service Excellence program and supported the university as the inaugural Learning Academy Service Excellence Fellow. Kevin holds two degrees from Truman State University—a BFA in Creative Writing and an MA in English—and he is currently pursuing his EdD in Instructional 领导 at Lindenwood. Prior to joining the advising team, Kevin worked as an Academic 服务 Representative and an Assistant Registrar at Lindenwood.

珍妮特•欧文斯
As the Manager of Student 支持 and 可访问性 Program, Janet has the opportunity to work with administrators, 教师, and staff to provide information and assist students with disabilities in creating specific accommodations to assist them in achieving their 学习目标. Prior to this role, Janet was the office manager of Student Advising and support services. Janet has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.

Dr. Christie Rodgers
Dr. Rodgers has over 28 years of professional experience working in higher education. Her experience ranges from teaching, academic support, 招生, alumni and development, academic services, career development, and corporate training. Dr. Rodgers has worked in the community college, proprietary, liberal arts, and corporate environments. All professional roads have brought her back to Lindenwood University where she has returned for the third time and has worked in her current role dedicated to academic support, student engagement, and retention since 2009. Dr. Rodgers was a first-generation student and has a BA in Psychology, MS in Corporate, and Industrial Communications and an EdD in Instructional 领导.
